What if I chose the Non Flex booking option?

With our Non-Flex option, you can still make changes to the dates on your booking (within the same season) up to 14 days before your child is due to attend (subject to availability). This type of booking cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. If there is a difference in price from the original day booked and the current rate for the new day/s at the time of moving the booking, you will be required to pay the additional amount. See full Terms and Conditions.
